Viewing Trips in Bulgaria - organised by Morley Estates

We currently offer 3 types of viewing trip:

Scheduled Viewing Trips

We offer 3 night viewing trips to Sofia, Bansko and Sunny Beach. We provide Complexes from more than one Developer to give you, the Client, maximum choice.

Here are the simple steps:

  • Complete our standard online form with your details
  • You will be contacted by our Morley Estates UK Office
  • We will discuss your travel requirements and advise you on flights and airlines that fly to your chosen destination on a mutually convenient date - See Schedule below
  • You (the Client) book flights
  • We book the Hotel (3 star) and confirm the scheduling of the tour
  • Confirmation of trip is e-mailed to the Client with a Tour Pack

Once you get to Bulgaria, we will:

On Friday
  • Collect you from the Airport and take you to your Hotel
  • Arrange for you to come to our Office to further discuss your requirements and to agree a short list of properties to view
On Saturday
  • Collect you from your Hotel and take you on a tour of your selected properties
  • Free time to yourself
On Sunday
  • Collect you from your Hotel and take you on a tour of further selected properties or revsit developments already viewed
  • If required, we can start the process of setting up your Company
On Monday
  • Collect you from your Hotel and take you to the Airport for your flight Home

Rural Viewing Trips

Because of their nature, viewing trips to rural areas to look at properties - do not lend themselves to fixed timescales.

Therefore we provide variable length viewing trips including a car and an English speaking guide:

  • 1 day trip - 50 EUR
  • 2 day trip - 90 EUR
  • 3 day trip - 120 EUR
  • 4 day trip - 140 EUR
  • 5 day trip - 150 EUR

Excess mileage is charged when daily travelling distance exceeds 50 kilometres; the charge levied is 10 EUR per 50 kilometres excess.

Reduced viewing trip fees are charged if you have a rental car and wish our representative to accompany you.

If you buy a property with Morley Estates we will subtract the first days viewing trip fees from the Fee - therefore if you only have a one day viewing trip and don't exceed the mileage allowance the viewing trip is totally refunded.

The viewing trip normally entails:-

  • Airport / Hotel pickup
  • A visit to the Morley Estates office for coffee and to select which properties you wish to view
  • Advice on how to buy property in Bulgaria, including setting up a Company
  • Viewing the properties
  • If you find what you are looking for you can usually secure a property with a 10% deposit

Bespoke Viewing Trips
