Experts from London were consulted, to make sure that the location has excellent 'qi'. Additional positive energy will be gathered from the 8 volcanic stones brought from the holy temple of Huang Zhoe in China, which will be placed in the entrance lobby to greet all who enter the building. During the first 12 months the investor will take all the expenses for the common part's maintenance in the building.
